Anthony graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2002 with a degree in Athletic Training. After graduating from undergraduate school he completed an internship with the Seattle Seahawks Athletic Training department. He graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2005 from Eastern Washington University. After working in Spokane, WA for a free standing rehabilitation hospital focusing on orthopedic and spinal cord injuries, he moved to Arizona. He has been working in out-patient orthopedics working with a wide variety of patients. He has a special interest in shoulder and sports related injuries.

Anthony has lived in Gilbert with his wife and 3 kids since July of 2006. He enjoys spending time with his family, running, golfing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, and being in the great outdoors.

Katherine Nelson-Zwanziger, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy - University of Iowa

Katie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa in 2005. She then moved out west with her husband to practice in the sunny state of Arizona. Since that time she has been allocating her time to working in outpatient orthopedics. This allows her to work with a large demographic of patients with a variety of disorders. She treats with a "hands-on" approach which consists of manual techniques, patient education, and exercise progression. Katie is an upbeat motivating individual who sees therapy as a stepping stone to assist with emphasis on return to normal functioning. In her spare time Katie enjoys traveling, working out, shopping and spending time with her family.

As one of the owners of IHPT, Steve, who has been a physical therapist since 1994, provides direction and leadership to the IHPT staff. Steve received his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and immediately left the cold North for sunny Arizona.
