Meet the Owners
Steve Springborn has been a physical therapist or PT for 14 years, and Tim Murphy has an extensive 18-year background in health care & finance. We founded IHPT in 2003 and, due to increased demand for our services, we've grown to six locations in the Phoenix area.
IHPT Professionals
All of our therapists are accomplished in their fields. Every therapist is either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), or finishing their Doctoral studies. Every IHPT therapist is a true professional. We enjoy seeing people get better. Our therapists bring patients full circle, after experiencing trauma and often fear about the future. You'll leave our care with your hopes and dreams intact, and probably return to us for "check-ups" and reinforcement.
Effective, Fun Therapy
At IHPT, our "just-right" balance of knowledge, skill and experience, delivered by a team of personable and caring licensed professionals, makes your physical therapy effective and fun, too. We know that if you don't enjoy your therapy, you won't do it, and you'll never get better. We're proud of our Team as they take immense pride in doing an excellent job for you.
Nervous about P.T.?
Don't be! We think you'll find it rewarding and that you'll look forward to it. A visit to your physician may last only a few minutes, while you'll spend an hour or more with us during each session. We'll really to get to know you and, together, we'll embark on a journey toward your wellness. We'll also answer any questions you might have about insurance and do our best to explore your full range of benefits.
What Happens When I'm Better?
When we've accomplished the realistic, attainable goals you and your physician have set out, we look forward to continuing our relationship with you. After all, you see your dentist once a year, so why not us too? Think of us as "preventative": we're not just here when you're hurting. We're here to help ensure you stay healthy and strong.
